Unofficial, unpaid employee of the HDA She is daughter of Shawn & Susan, and Granddaughter of Frank. She is the website liason |
Hit the ground running when she entered the door, no training needed. Her laughter will lift your soul! She is our newest transplant from another agency (she saw the light!!!!) Brenda's time is spent taxing kids to school functions, and managing to survive the daily grind. Her great escape is riding the sand dunes near her cottage |

Farm girl turned city girl. She's got a love for numbers, and you can usually find her at Soaring Eagle hobnobbing with the high rollers. Our over achiever, she will try to conquer all and usually does. She spends weekends cruising the lake on her pontoon with her family. |
Looking at the good life, poor (she's paying kids college tuition) but loving the space and free time with her husband (do I know you?) She's passionate about educating her clients and saving them money. |

She has been the Director of First Impressions since 1997. When she's not at work, she's enjoying time with her new husband and loving life! |
Frank started the agency in 1965, on a shoe string and a prayer. It has grown to be a main stay of the Holt community. He is still a dedicated member of the agency, and maybe, just maybe he's thinking of retiring He was a founding father of Holt, and is still a dedicated member of the Kiwanis Club. |

Born, raised and stil lives in the Eaton Rapids area. She has been married to Doug for 31 years, and has two adult childen and one very cute grandchild. She has her Bachelors Degree from Northwood University, and has earned her CISR Designation. She is a member of Griffith United Methodist Church. Hobbies include counted cross stitch, chasing her grandchild, and watching fish in her 55 gallon fish tank. |
She started in the insurance business in 1969 working in the Accounting Dept at USF&G. After working for a few national companys, she then saw the light and came to work for a local agency where she was a person and not a number. We're thinking Pam is in it for the long haul. She enjoys spending her time with her family and taking life as it comes. |

At age 20, he started his career in insurance as a long haired hippy freak. After attending Oberlin College, he came back to the office, with short hair, long pants and had gained a position at a desk. The agency became a pivot point for community residents coming in and out as shawn had the pulse of the community. He left the agency too soon, to assume a higher position in heaven. Still a dedicated free spirit in the office! |
Susan met Shawn at the local dive- Silver Dollar Saloon. It didn't take Shawn long to realize, he had a good thing...Marriage and career followed and Susan is still hanging out at the agency. Susan is still to this day wondering "when can I become a Ski Bunny." Thank God kids keep her grounded! Susan is an avid member of the YMCA, loves to speed bike, downhill ski, garden, bird watch. Oh yeah and you can find her on her Honda on a nice day. |

| AAARGH MATEE!!!! | Only male besides Frank at the office. He handles it all, plus managing to stay sane with his kids school activities and his wife's demanding schedule. He is an avid outdoorsman, who can be found sleeping in his blind during deer hunting season, or reeling in the salmon on Lake Michigan! |
